The public site exists to show that the work is real, bounded, and mature enough to discuss. It does not exist to make protected systems reproducible.
When a description approaches protected work, the site uses plain notices such as: “Public summary. Implementation architecture remains proprietary.” Or: “Detailed methodology is maintained within the Alpha Saint Phoenix research archive.”
Those sentences appear only where there is genuinely protected underlying work. They are not atmosphere.
Sponsored research provides access to agreed research outputs and collaboration. It does not confer ownership of Alpha Saint Phoenix methods, frameworks, research infrastructure, or intellectual property unless a separate written agreement says so.
Independent architectural review and advisory work are scoped to the question under discussion. They are not a license to the archive.
Longitudinal records that underpin parts of the research remain protected materials. Their existence may be disclosed. Their contents are not published by default.
